Contact enquiries
When you contact Sunshine, we record your name, email address, enquiry topic and message so that we can respond and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. Please do not send medical records or sensitive health information.
Email updates
When you request updates, we record your email address and the time of your request. We send a confirmation link before adding you to the mailing list. Sunshine sends updates only where it has valid permission, and every email will include a way to unsubscribe.
Analytics and cookies
Necessary cookies support website security, forms and your session. With your permission, we use Piranha Analytics and Google Analytics to measure visits, campaign sources and completion of website journeys. Analytics do not receive contact messages, names, email addresses or health information. They load only after “Allow analytics” is selected. The choice can be changed through “Privacy choices” in the footer.
Security and retention
We restrict access to submitted information and use it only for the purpose for which it was provided. Records are retained only for as long as they are reasonably needed for that purpose or to meet legal obligations.
